Dinner
Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to the hotel for a tour briefing then attend a performance of the unique water puppetry, a cultural tradition that dates back to the 11th century.

Transfer 60 kilometers from Hanoi to King Island golf course, a lush course located in a beautiful valley; play until end of the day, and then transfer back to Hanoi. In the evening, we walk through the bustling Old Quarter to soak up the atmosphere of Hanoi by night.

Transfer to Chi Linh golf course for an early round. The beautiful scenery on this journey will be sure to relax you and enhance your game . From Chi Linh we travel to the world heritage Ha Long Bay.

This morning we will take a four hour cruise on a traditional, but well appointed, wooden junk. We enjoy a sumptuous on-board seafood lunch and explore one of the most beautiful caves in the bay. We later transfer to the airport for the flight to Da Nang.

In the afternoon, we fly to Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon, and an orientation tour of the city to see Notre Dame Cathedral, post office and other historic points of interest. It is then a short trip to a busy market in Cho Lon, Saigon’s China town.

A golfing challenge awaits us at Song Be, Championship Golf Course, only 20 km from the city. We enjoy our morning golf, then in the afternoon, transfer back to Saigon and enjoy an afternoon city tour including the controversial War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace and Thien Hau Pagoda. Explore historic Dong Khoi Street, now the city’s most upscale shopping boulevard, with classy boutiques selling clothes and accessories by Vietnamese designers, hill tribe crafts, high quality linens and house wares. Don’t miss the exciting night atmosphere . This city lives up to to its mischievous reputation.

Today we drive trough rural countryside to the tropical paradise of Phan Thiet. After check-in the time is yours to soak up the sunshine and relax or explore this beautiful beachside location.

Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City and free time until the flight home. Whilst in Saigon we offer a chance for a drink at the Caravelle Saigon Saigon bar. This bar was made famous during the 1960’s when journalists would report on the war over a few refreshing drinks. The Australian embassy was once housed here. The tour ends with happy memories, and perhaps an improved handicap.
